Quick answers
Before you writeWhen will my order arrive?
Every order ships in under 10 days. As soon as it ships, you get an email with a tracking link.
Are the bento boxes dishwasher safe?
Yes. The Everyday and the Wood bento boxes are dishwasher safe, and the Everyday is microwave safe too. On the Go, the stainless steel tray comes out and goes in the dishwasher; just keep the heating base away from water.
Do I need a microwave for the Go?
No. The Go heats your food itself. Plug it into your car or truck, or into a wall outlet at work or at home.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send us a message with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best before it ships.
